i've finally finished the dress thta drove me nuts ......

hahahaha this window brings back this really funny memory lols .......... it all started with everyone playing rugby in the house because the world cup was on and we didn't watch it so qwe decided to have our own little rugby game in the house .......... we all decided that we should play with our knees and are not allowed to stand up ........... it was all fun everyone going hard ,screaming and than baaaaaaaaannnnnnnngggggg Toni tackled Bwebwetara into the window and the window just went into pieces ......... no one was screaming at all it was so quiet ... that we all cracked up laughing ..lols ... the funny thing was Bwebwetara's face ... ohhhhhhh she made the funniest sound ever . hahhahahha ... nearly wet my pants ... and than we had to watch the video to see who actually broke the window ... yup it was Toni alright .... hahah crazy night ....... memories to remember

back to school and damn i have so many things to finish in a very short amount of time goshhhhhhh.................. far out !! Wednesday today and i only have 2 more days and 1 more week before school is over .......wow i really need to get a move on and finish everything ....... this means no sleeping at all for the next fe days until i finish all of my assesments.:_)




i'm super duper nervous about presenting my tourism presentation but i really need the credits ........ goshhhhhh just hope that I DON'T FAINT ............lols

my english opinion piece

ANIMAL BRUTALITY
Jenny walked past; she had a very cool outfit on. I thought it was very chic! This was before I saw what was sitting on her shoulder. I immediately looked away as if it was crying out for help. That poor little animal, I thought to myself. The fur on her scarf was quite long and wide. I’d imagine you would need to kill a lot of animals to be able to produce that one fur scarf she was wearing. Right there and then, I saw pure cruelty to animals on Jenny’s scarf.
Everyone’s style shifts with what the fashion industry puts out. Fashion says, ‘this style is cool’; everyone jumps on it, rushes to get on, just so that they are cool. The fashion industry puts out furs is the new black, everyone jumps on. The ‘it’ style, that everyone has got to have.
So many questions rising through my head, I wanted them to be answered. I wanted to ask all those who wear furs and those who produce them. Don’t they care that these animals have families just like all of us? The fashion industry is not the only one that is guilty of being cruel to animals.
You see those beautiful people on TV, magazines and celebrities that everyone looks up to. Everyone wants to look like them, wants to have what they have, that glossy red lipstick, crème, make up and that beautiful mascara that makes you’re lashes pop. They say “you’re worth it”, but are the animals’ lives worth it? They are not worth it if it means taking another’s life.
Before launching a new line of cosmetics, major companies like Revlon, Maybellin, D.P, Chechen, L’Oreal and Cover girl bring in innocent animals to be guinea pigs. They do tests on them to see how their skin, eyes and other parts of their body would react to all sorts of cosmetics. These animals are brought in and are locked up on teeny, tiny, small cages ready to be rubbed with all sorts of different chemicals and products to see how their skin will react. Most cosmetic companies prefer to do a lot of their experiments on monkey, rabbits, rat, and pigs and cats because their skin cells are similar to us humans.
I saw a documentary about animal testing. It was horrific seeing those animals’ eyes bleeding and animals’ suffering. Eyes were burnt, some didn’t even have any eyes and it was just a black hole. These things happen to these animals because of different disgraceful companies that have been testing on them. A little rabbit’s hip had a burn mark on it. What are they thinking when they are doing these tests on these innocent animals? I don’t think they even consider what’s going to happen to the animals, all they have in their heads is money, money, money. But money is worth more than the animal’s life and it’s not just one animal’s life, it is thousands of lives gone just for make up. These companies do tests on these animals and they stand there and watch the animals suffer. They watch their eyes burn, their skin melt, animals crying out in pain, animals suffering in horrific ways, while they just stand there and watch and waiting to see what’s going to happen to them. These things need to stop. What if they couldn’t test on animals, would they test on humans then? When you go into a shop to buy cosmetic products, do you ever think of how the cosmetic products came about? Major companies like Revlon, Maybellin, D.P, Chechen, L’Oreal and Cover girl are all guilty of shamelessly abusing animals.
How would you feel if you had cosmetic products put on you multiple times, your beautiful skin taken from you without your consent and you suffer in pain while they make money out of it? Imagine suffering from a swelling body, blistering, inflammation, blindness, agony and death. Is this the way for anyone to die? No! What a painful way to die.
I think there should be no more testing done on animals. Cosmetic companies should be “FREE OF ANIMAL TESTING”. There are cosmetic companies out there that don’t do testing on animals, like Avon. Whatever they are doing, it’s working. They don’t do testing on animals; they do it in a healthy way without their testing hurting animals in the process. This should be the same for the fashion industry, use FAKE FURS instead of real ones. This way every one is happy. The fashion industry and cosmetics companies still make millions and the animals live their lives without people taking their skin or doing awful tests on them. Be FREE of ANIMAL CRUELTY!

saying good bye is the hardest

today is not the greatest day of all ......Saying goodbye Melota ........ i so wanted to cry !!!i hate Good byes just because i'm a sook... i don't like it when people cries because that would me cry and my eyes would puffy and red swollen ........once i start crying ohhhhhh heck it take ages for me stop.......... i'm so going to miss my beautiful sister.....

i went for a run this morning and on my way to the sisters ........ the sky look as if it was feeling the same way as me ........:( it was grey and sad just like how i was feeling .....

nicola said to me funny thing is it looks like is going to rain ...and than we looked at each other like ...maybe.... it's crying as well ..haha what a funny thing to be thinking of .... but oh well...

i didn't want to leave her flat ... because it would be the last time i see her again ........:(

i don't really feel like doing anyrhing today , but i know that i have to go to school because exams are coming up .... i can't wait unitl school holiday.....

running this morning was a succes !!! yep! yep! exciting ........ this is our forth day of running .... hmmm stil no muscles lols .....

okay before this post ... well it was so wierd ... whatever i wrote came up in this other weird lango ....... i was like what the heck is .this ... so freaky but now it's back to normal...
okay i just updated my blog about how me and nicola woke up this morning and went for a run at 5:00 .... i know it's nuts but hey summer is comming up so we got to tone up ..... :) well thats the aim ........ even though i stopped running everyday a few months ago but this time baby i'm saing goodbye to my rolls .... lols ..... winter weight .... i'm literally going to break up with my rolls..... yes i so can't wait ....... :) to get rid of the extra weight ....... hmmmmm ......
on the mean time i have a History exam coming up in about 15 minutes ...i'm suppose to be revising now but knowing me ... it would be a waste since... i'm yeah i'm just going to stop there ....
i'm so glad that uploaded mostof my pics with Sis Melota & BweBwetara ..... ::::) ca'nt believe Melota is leaving me in a few days ....gossh i'm gonnah miss this Chickahh .....with her crazy moves lols ... good that shes not here to watch us perform the dance that she taught us though .......... man this girl is super talented ........ :) will miss you Melota lots ... will try my bestest to come visit you ASAP ........ .... also can't wait to meet the new Sister Cameron :) ...she'll probs think 'im a weirdo oh well ......... lols

BLOOD DONATION

okay ...... i literally forgot about this blood donation thing that i signed upto .... and than woke up Thursday morning and remembered .........i wasn't scared at all until i got there ... o.m.g it was nerve recking ........ i was sitting there waiting for my turn ... and my body just went cold .....gosshh it was so annoying ........ 10mins later it was my turn.. the nurse kept asking me question .... i just wanted to get this over and done with ..... while answering her questions the niddle went in .. it didn't even hurt at all...... it took 10 mins before mine was completed ....... so funny afterwards they thought i was going to faint ...... i felt great that i actually went through with it .... and i would do it again ..... you get a little red teddy ..so cute ... and you get free food .......lols .... going to do it again in 3 months .......yes
